Job Title: Lead - Manager Data H/F

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and guide a team of recruiters to ensure effective collaboration with internal departments.
  • Manage projects aimed at developing and improving recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Implement initiatives to optimize candidate experience and strengthen the company's employer brand.
  • Analyze recruitment data and produce reports to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
  • Evaluate short-term and long-term recruitment needs and develop plans to proactively address them.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Over ten years of experience in high-level talent acquisition within a dynamic and competitive market.
  • At least two years of experience in team management.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written).
  • Excellent project management skills, with an ability to design and implement new ideas to improve processes and practices.
