Bakery Production Specialist

Onedersquad is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bakery Worker to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will play a vital role in the preparation, baking, and presentation of a variety of baked goods, ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Adjust ovens to the proper temperatures and times for each product, as indicated by the weekly production schedule.
- Ensure accurate dough staging to guarantee product quality.
- Report any machine malfunctions to the supervisor or maintenance team.
- Conduct quality checks following established business rules.
- Modify the oven's time and temperature to ensure correct product baking.
- Monitor and report any product problems or outages.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Indicate when dumpers and manufacturing associates should take a break.
- Adhere to the company's recycling guidelines for waste disposal.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and programs related to GMP, quality, food safety, and health and safety.
- Previous experience in a bakery with at least 1 year of experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in product presentation.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
