Corporate Finance Lead – Guelph City Operations

**About the Role:**
- This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as team lead of five Corporate Analysts and one Junior Corporate Analyst in the day-to-day work of operating budget management.
- As a member of our Finance Extended Leadership team, you will be an ambassador of our corporate values and build excellent relationships with employees across the City.
**Responsibilities and Expectations:**
- Lead a team of corporate analysts in the day-to-day work of operating budget management.
- Provide guidance to staff on day-to-day work, striving for consistent and excellent customer service and provide direction or troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Manage the quarterly operating budget monitoring process, including corporate instructions and review of data.
