At Element Fleet Management, we're redefining the fleet management industry to prioritize people and deliver exceptional client experiences. We're seeking a seasoned Indirect Sourcing Manager to join our team and drive strategic procurement initiatives.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute global procurement strategies to optimize supplier relationships, reduce costs, and enhance business performance.
  • Manage complex procurement projects, including supplier relationship development, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop tailored procurement solutions.
  • Prepare analytical reports and dashboards to monitor procurement performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the development and implementation of procurement policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, category management, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of driving cost savings, improving supplier relationships, and enhancing business performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with procurement software, such as SAP, and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong understanding of procurement best practices, including supplier diversity and sustainability.
