Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Nourish NB. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Addressing Customer Concerns: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Menu Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, and advise on menu selections.
  • Wine Selection: Describe and advise on wine selection to enhance the dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
