Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipper to join our team at Electrical & Automation Industry Careers. As a Warehouse Shipper, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Processing: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities and product quality, and report any discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, identifying slow-moving items, and implementing inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize storage space.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Prepare and ship products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and receive and process returns, credits, and other customer-related issues.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including adhering to safety protocols, reporting hazards, and participating in regular inventory counts and audits.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods.
