Early Morning Baker

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Baker to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a variety of products, including muffins, donuts, breads, and pastries, to meet quality and quantity standards.
- Operate ovens, egg cookers, and other equipment to produce baked goods according to standard recipes and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stockroom organization to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and provide excellent guest service.
- Previous experience in a bakery or production environment is an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
