About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our optical retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Product Knowledge: Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, and assist patients in selecting frames that meet their vision needs.
  • Store Operations: Participate in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues, management, and doctors to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Skills: Familiarity with point of sale systems, basic math skills, and strong communication skills.
