Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Automation Specialist to join our team at Crane Company. As a key member of our sales support team, you will provide technical and commercial expertise to drive sales growth and support our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and commercial sales support to Crane Regional Sales Managers and Channel Partners.
  • Participate in outside sales calls and training/product demonstrations with the sales team.
  • Initiate product quotes as requested from the field, collaborating with peers to ensure balanced workload for quick response.
  • Assist Channel Partners and Regional Sales Managers and Operations team with technical requests and preliminary field issue troubleshooting.
  • Investigate customer requests for return goods, verifies consistency with established policies, and processes the RMA for approval.
  • Provide Channel Partner product training as requested by the manager.
  • Travel to trade shows and visits to end users, and channel partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • ~0-3 years Sales/Marketing/Applications experience preferred or a good to strong mechanical aptitude.
