Purchasing for Corporate Stores

At Groupe Del Vasto, we are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to support our corporate stores team. The ideal candidate will have strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to solve problems and prioritize tasks effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Purchase and place orders for goods and materials in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Research and survey purchasing markets to find optimal suppliers that align with company objectives
  • Coordinate purchases with inventory to warehouse managers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods and services
  • Prepare and manage quotes, requests for quotes, and other supplier documents
  • Manage service level agreements and contractual terms with service providers
  • Verify invoices and ensure accurate pricing, products, and shipping details
  • Negotiate returns and credits with suppliers

As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and materials to our corporate stores. Requirements

  • University diploma in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in the distribution sector
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
