Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team at Savers. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, providing excellent service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Process customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
