Part Time General Labourer Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Casual General Labourer in our hatchery operations. This role is responsible for general production and other elemental activities related to hatchery operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform general production tasks in the chick room and egg room, including grading and preparing deliveries.
- Support other departments as needed, such as sanitation, separator operation, machine operation, and driver assistance.
- Ensure our hatchery equipment is fully sanitized using power hoses and the box wash machine.
- Work with the separator team to separate chicks from debris during hatching.
- Operate the Embrex Machine to vaccinate chicks while they are still in the egg.
- Assist drivers with delivering products to various farm locations across Ontario.
- Must be capable of lifting 40lbs repetitively, including overhead lifting.
- Must be able to work in a wet/humid environment.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to follow SOPs and schedules.
- Must adhere to HACCP requirements.
