Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bellstand Host to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving the property, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
  • Identify and explain room features to guests, including the use of room keys, mini-bars, ice and vending areas, in-room safes, and valet laundry services.
  • Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms and/or designated bell areas, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Assist with luggage storage and retrieval, as well as assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles.
  • Supply guests with directions and arrange transportation (e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus, limousine/sedan service) as needed.
  • Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors and maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional guest service.
  • Physical stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
