Night Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our team at Sun Peaks Grand Hotel & Conference Centre. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overnight front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, anticipate guest needs, and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
• Front Desk Operations: Oversee the overnight front desk operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Security and Safety: Conduct regular security patrols, ensure that all security protocols are followed, and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Accounting and Auditing: Conduct daily audits, reconcile accounts, and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the night shift team, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure that all team members are working together to achieve common goals.

• Education: Post-secondary education in hospitality, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or guest services role, with some supervisory experience.
• Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in computer systems, and a passion for exceptional guest service.
