Job Title: Data Performance Analyst

CAE Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Performance Analyst to join our team. As a Data Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends and insights
  • Design and implement internal process improvements to optimize data delivery and infrastructure
  • Build analytics tools to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition and operational efficiency
  • Ensure data security and integrity across national boundaries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken
  • Industry experience working with data, coding, and scripting (Python/Java/Scala/SQL/JS/Bash)
  • Experience developing and administering large data systems
  • Experience with big data tools, relational SQL and NoSQL databases, and automated data pipeline and workflow management tools
  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 1 year completed
