About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 3-4 people and assign duties to ensure optimal sales performance
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies
  • Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and develop marketing strategies to drive sales
  • Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle heavy loads, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail
  • Adaptability, creativity, and a positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
