- Prioritize Initiatives: Analyze business needs and requirements to prioritize initiatives and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Lead Sprint Planning: Facilitate Sprint Planning and Refinement sessions to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Interface with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with internal department leaders and external stakeholders to provide exceptional implementation, training, and support.
- Identify and Solve Design Flaws: Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve design flaws, ensuring usability and efficiency.
- Communicate Business Value: Effectively communicate the business value of product capabilities and act as a product champion.
- Develop Product Documentation: Create high-quality content for product documentation, including marketing materials, product specs, user guides, and more.
- Present to Stakeholders: Develop and deliver presentations on product walk-throughs, business value, and other relevant topics to internal and external audiences.
- Engage with Users: Collaborate with users during user feedback and validation efforts to ensure product meets business needs.
- Monitor Project Progress: Track and report key metrics to drive future product developments and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Document Project Status: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project status and progress.
- Education: College degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years as a Business Analyst or related field preferred (QA/QC/BA).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with JIRA and SCRUM/Agile development methodology preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with multiple departments, subject matter experts, and colleagues geographically dispersed. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Additional Requirements: Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Occasional travel may be required (US and Canada).
