Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Belly Dance Instructor to join our team at 1000586961 ONTARIO CORP. as a key member of our dance studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading dance classes, training staff, and ensuring the highest quality of performance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Training
    • Lead belly dance classes for students of all levels
    • Train staff in dance techniques, safety procedures, and customer service
  • Performance and Event Management
    • Coordinate and supervise dance performances and events
    • Ensure that all performances meet high quality standards
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and staff
  • Administrative and Operational Tasks
    • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates
    • Order supplies and equipment as needed
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Language and Work Environment
    • English language proficiency
    • 40 hours per week, permanent position
