We are seeking a seasoned Family Lawyer to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals across various industries.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Family Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a caseload, drafting and responding to correspondence, and preparing pleadings, financial disclosures, and trial briefs. You will also engage in telephone and in-person contact with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts, and assist the supervising lawyers in all phases of the practice.

Requirements:

  • Admission to the Ontario Bar
  • 5+ years of experience practicing Family Law
  • Empathetic and level-headed demeanor to handle sensitive family law matters
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
