Responsabilités
  • Interpréter et utiliser la documentation technique pour la fabrication des pièces
  • Détecter et résoudre les problèmes mécaniques en lien avec la fabrication des pièces
  • Identifier et corriger les défauts techniques
  • Fabriquer des pièces de haute précision selon les spécifications de l'entreprise
  • Exécuter le montage sur la machine
  • Programmer et optimiser les programmes pour la meilleure productivité possible
  • Préparer l'outillage nécessaire à la production
  • Installer le dispositif de fixation des pièces (serrage)
  • Utiliser les instruments de mesure
  • Inspecter les pièces produites
  • Inspecter les montages
  • Appliquer les formules mathématiques utilisées en usinage
Compétences requises
  • DEP en usinage CNC
  • Avoir un minimum de 3 ans d'expériences dans un poste similaire
  • Bonne connaissance en lecture de plan
  • Maîtriser les instruments de mesure
  • Connaissance approfondie des vitesses d'usinage
  • Bonne connaissance de la trigonométrie
  • Habileté à souder au TIG est un atout considérable
  • Expérience sur plieuse CNC ou être disposé à l'apprendre est un atout
