At Aon, we're seeking a skilled Account Specialist to join our team in a hybrid role. As an Account Specialist, you'll work closely with Account Executives, Associate Account Executives, and Brokers to manage key processes that serve clients and undertake client-facing, market-facing, and internal activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and project management skills, a Broker's license, and excellent communication skills. You'll be responsible for performing general account functions, managing open items, and responding to client or insurer ad-hoc requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Executives, Associate Account Executives, and Brokers on assigned accounts
  • Manage key processes that serve clients and undertake client-facing, market-facing, and internal activities
  • Perform general account functions, including miscellaneous office duties in support of client servicing
  • Manage open items and respond to client or insurer ad-hoc requests
  • Actively manage and support the Aon 120-day renewal process
