Job Title: Insulation Installer

GNI Management Group Inc is seeking a skilled Insulation Installer to join our team. As an Insulation Installer, you will be responsible for installing insulation materials in various settings, including construction, maintenance, and repair projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select the appropriate type of insulation required for the project
  • Measure and cut insulating materials to the required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools
  • Apply and secure insulation using various methods, including spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, and taping
  • Fit insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs
  • Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials
  • Brush waterproofing cement or other material over insulating materials
  • Fabricate and apply removable insulation pads and covers
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in insulation installation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Manual dexterity
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform bending, crouching, and kneeling
