CJ Logistics America seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Reach Trucks/Order Pickers or Forklifts to perform daily tasks.
  • Work closely with shift management and leads to achieve shift goals.
  • Load, unload, pick, put-away, consolidate, stack and stage products and materials using manual or mechanical means.
  • Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Reconcile inbounds with packing slips to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in logistics/distribution centers is an asset.
  • Familiarity with RF systems and basic math skills are necessary.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
