Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical care to patients in their homes and other settings
  • Manage diabetes, dialysis, IV medications, and other medical conditions
  • Provide wound care, including negative pressure wound therapy and complex wounds
  • Work with patients to develop and implement care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Nova Scotia
  • Experience in community health an asset
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check
