**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at Post Consumer Brands. As a Laborer, you will play a critical role in supporting our production process by assisting line operators and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner, reporting any unsafe conditions to the immediate shift supervisor.
  • Apply chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing, operate floor cleaning equipment, work at heights, lift devices, remove waste, sweep, mop, and vacuum.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
  • Move skids using a hand pump jack.
  • Assist with sack tipping (pouring ingredients into a mixer).
  • Prepare minor ingredient mixtures.
  • Utilize a scanner to track all mixes.
  • Prepare totes.
  • Perform duties requiring some heavy lifting, walking, climbing, and height work.
  • Maintain the inventory of all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain recycle, garbage, and food waste systems in the plant.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**

  • High School Diploma, GED, or significant relevant experience.
  • Production experience is an asset but not necessary.
  • Ability to apply basic mathematical skills.
