Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a high-performing Commercial Operations team to ensure safe and efficient aircraft dispatch.
  2. Oversee commercial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with Corporate Administration to ensure data accuracy and effective dissemination.
  4. Develop and implement strategic programs and initiatives to deliver operational and service excellence.
  5. Manage performance and review of third-party service vendors.
  6. Support special strategic and operational projects.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent.
  2. Minimum three years of Management experience.
  3. Previous experience with Airline Management software considered an asset.
  4. Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  5. Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking required.
Working Conditions
  1. Physically able to perform all listed job duties.
  2. Travel by aircraft and other means as required by role.
  3. Work performed primarily in an office environment.
  4. Flexible working hours including evenings and weekend availability.
