Pastry Artisan

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Artisan to join our kitchen team at beBee Professionals in Delta. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role, with knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and dedicated individual who loves baking to contribute to our team. As a Pastry Artisan, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods from scratch, including bread, pastries, and desserts.

• Prepare doughs, batters, and other baked goods using high-quality ingredients and adhere to food safety standards.
• Decorate and present pastries, cakes, and other desserts with attention to detail and creativity.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor inventory and order baking supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.

• Previous experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, including yeast management, mixing methods, and decorating skills.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and HACCP practices.
• Ability to work early mornings or flexible hours as required, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
