Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for flowers and plants? Do you enjoy working independently and have excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team at Brand Momentum.
About the Position
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to work as a Merchandising Specialist at multiple retail locations throughout London. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining sections, restocking, and ensuring the display of flowers and plants is visually appealing. You will also be responsible for addressing out-of-stock issues, cleaning sections, and submitting daily visit reports.
Responsibilities
- Perform merchandising tasks at multiple retail stores
- Maintain sections, including restocking and ensuring the display of flowers and plants is visually appealing
- Address out-of-stock issues and ensure timely restocking
- Clean sections, including dusting display fixtures and removing dead plants
- Water plants and flowers as needed
- Submit daily visit reports and call reports
- Visit stores three times a week to maintain displays and address issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers
- Remove dead leaves and blooms, and unsalable products
- Take photos of displays for quality control
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to have a smartphone and access to the internet. Previous merchandising experience is an asset, but not required. You must be able to lift up to 25lbs and have a home location within 10KM of our retail store.
