About the Role

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and requires a minimum of 48 hours of work per week.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Provide expert advice to customers on merchandise, answering questions and offering personalized recommendations to drive sales.
  • Assist in displaying merchandise in an attractive and appealing manner to showcase products effectively.
  • Evaluate customer needs and estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to meet their requirements.
  • Greet customers warmly and discuss their needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for inventory control, enabling effective management of stock levels.
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease by processing transactions efficiently and accurately.
