Job Overview

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outdoor yard and warehouse. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who takes pride in their work, enjoys maintaining a tidy environment, and excels at organizing tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Ensure the outdoor yard and warehouse are kept clean and organized, with all materials and equipment properly stored and accounted for.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring all items are accurately stored and accounted for, and that our equipment is ready for use.
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading trucks, including organizing materials for job sites.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order and ready for use.
  • Vehicle Operations: Drive company vehicles as needed, with a valid driver's license required.
  • Heavy Equipment Operation: Operate a Bobcat and forklift, with experience a bonus.
  • Mechanical Tasks: Perform minor mechanical tasks and maintenance, with mechanical skills an asset.
Qualifications
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a love for tidiness and organization.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
  • Heavy Equipment Experience: Experience driving a Bobcat and forklift is a bonus.
  • Mechanical Skills: Mechanical skills are an asset and will be compensated accordingly.
  • Independence and Work Ethic: Ability to follow directions and work independently, with a strong work ethic and commitment to doing the job right.
