Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team at Electron Electric Ltd. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining electrical systems in residential and commercial structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Installation: Design and construct single-phase and multiphase electrical services for single or multi-meter installations, including underground wiring and cables.
  • Electrical Maintenance: Troubleshoot and isolate faults, renovate electrical systems, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the integrity of electrical circuits.
  • Testing and Measurement: Test and measure voltage, loads, and ground faults to ensure the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems.
  • Material Selection: Determine the appropriate selection of materials and methods for hazardous locations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Communication: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in electrical systems design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
