We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Officer to join our team at Guide Valve Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and process payroll cheques
  2. Calculate and record fixed assets and depreciation
  3. Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  4. Prepare and balance general ledgers and financial statements
  5. Post journal entries and reconcile accounts
  6. Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  7. Prepare tax returns and financial statements
  8. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Requirements:

  • Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Office
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Work Environment:

On-site work at our head office
