About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Project Coordinator to join our team in this exciting role. As a Marketing Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing packaging projects from start to finish, working closely with suppliers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage packaging requests from various departments, including apparel, accessories, and footwear.
  • Coordinate packaging projects, from prototype development to production samples.
  • Maintain communication with international and local suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Develop and maintain a database of packaging samples.
  • Prepare instruction sheets for vendors and buying teams on packaging guidelines.
  • Analyze costs and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Certificate or undergraduate diploma in marketing.
  • 2-3 years' experience in graphic design or retail marketing environment.
  • Knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Graphic Design skills.
  • Experience with dielines and preparing print production files.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and in a team environment.
