Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Specialist to join our Home Services Operations team. As an Installation Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality installations and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our Install Field Manager to ensure that all installations are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain HVAC systems, water heaters, and other equipment to meet customer needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to complete installations on time and to budget.
  • Assist with the delivery and removal of equipment as needed.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working order and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide advice to customers on repairing or replacing existing equipment and promote Enercare products and services.

Requirements

  • Valid Gas Fitter 2 license.
  • Valid Driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Preferred license AC 313D.
  • One year of related HVAC industry field experience.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate necessary tools and equipment.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and achieve high levels of individual and team performance.
