About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineering Technician to join our team at I-Gard Corporation. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing power equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop power equipment and systems using electrical and electronics engineering principles
  • Supervise the building and testing of prototypes to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications, and reports for projects
  • Conduct or supervise the installation, commissioning, and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems
  • Collect and compile operational or experimental data for analysis and reporting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field
  • 3 years of experience in power system design and development
  • Proficiency in C++ and LabVIEW programming languages
  • Knowledge of Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) and related manufacturing processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
