Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Financial Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you'll provide financial planning and advice to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine client needs and provide solutions through the sale of managed products and services.
  • Provide other solutions indirectly through referrals to business partners.
  • Takes a lead in proactively engaging with new and existing customers and prospects by providing needs-based assessments.
  • Implements business development strategies to acquire new business.
  • Supports the achievement of sales and performance targets.
Qualifications:
  • Typically between 3-5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must meet the regulatory/governing body licensing and registration requirements of a Financial Planner in the province/territory of employment.
  • Advanced working knowledge of the financial industry.
  • Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.
What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a salary range of $44,500 - $82,500, plus commission potential. Our benefits include health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
