* Model and assess real-world performance of our quantum processors
* Calibrate and characterize superconducting quantum processors
* Design novel devices and enhancements to improve processor performance
* Assess and understand the impact of the processor's environment
Requirements:
* Ph.D. or equivalent in physics or a related field
* Strong critical thinking and technical problem-solving skills
* Experience with experimental design and automation, data acquisition, and data analysis
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively on an interdisciplinary team
