Senior Operations Manager

Merry Maids of Burnaby & New Westminster is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive General Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and improve profitability.
- Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring seamless execution of business plans and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, and ensure effective onboarding and training programs.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by developing and implementing customer-centric strategies and initiatives.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
