About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Wales McLelland Construction. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and within budget.
    • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Team Management

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College diploma or degree in a related field (e.g. construction management, engineering).
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
