Job Summary

Soucy Baron is seeking a skilled Rubber Processing Machine Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the processing of rubber materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and tend machinery used for mixing, calendering, extruding, moulding, and curing rubber materials or rubber products.
  • Lay out and prepare rubber materials for assembly.
  • Operate machines or equipment to cut, shape, splice, fit, and cement rubber materials to form rubber parts or finished rubber products.
  • Inspect finished rubber products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a noisy and hot environment.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail required.
  • Fast-paced environment and repetitive tasks.

Work Environment

Our work site environment is noisy and hot. Steel-toed safety boots are required.
