We are currently seeking an experienced supervisor to lead our exterior cleaning team on low-rise buildings. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and managing technicians to ensure they are working safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

About the Position

In this role, you will be responsible for leading project operations and safety meetings, verifying and logging the work hours of your team of technicians, and maintaining a clean and organized company vehicle.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and inspected, and that your team is working safely and efficiently.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Canadian residency with a Social Insurance Number or a current, valid working permit
  • Availability for flexible work days, including early morning starts, weekdays, weekends, and occasional graveyard shifts
  • Experience managing others
  • Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided)
