We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Area Marketing Representative to join our team at Richardson International.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with farm customers, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales and marketing activities within the region.
  • Sell crop inputs, including seeds, fertilizers, and crop protection products, to ensure optimal crop yields and customer satisfaction.
  • Purchase grain and coordinate logistics to ensure efficient grain movement and maximize revenue.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Agriculture or Business with several years of related experience in the agricultural industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license is required for travel and transportation purposes.
  • Experience in a merchandising role is considered an asset.
