Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser to join our team at Acosta. As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' merchandising initiatives and fostering strong relationships with Store and Department Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Precision Setup
    • Arrange shelving, displays, and walls according to provided planograms and instructions.
  • Efficient Scheduling
    • Plan and organize store visits within your assigned territory.
  • Effective Communication
    • Keep your supervisors informed of your work schedule when necessary.
  • Continuous Learning
    • Attend mandatory training sessions (both online and field-based).

Qualifications

  • Merchandising Experience
    • While preferred, it is not essential; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Attention to Detail
    • Execute planogram changes accurately.
  • Organizational Skills
    • Execute tasks effectively and comply with all deadlines.

Requirements

  • Availability
    • Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Driver's License
    • Valid license with access to a reliable vehicle.
