Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop databases to meet business requirements
  • Operate database management systems to analyze data and ensure data integrity
  • Develop and implement data administration policies, standards, and models to ensure data quality and security
  • Research and document data requirements, data collection, and administration policy
  • Develop policies and procedures for network access and usage, and for the backup and recovery of data
  • Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models
  • Collect and document user requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in database administration and development
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems, data modeling, and data governance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and lead projects
