GFL Environmental is seeking a skilled Roll-Off Driver to join our team in a dynamic role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently providing waste removal services to customers across various industries. As a CDL Driver, you will collect waste from customer sites and transport it to post-collection facilities for proper disposal.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class 1a preferred)
- Minimum 1 Year of Commercial Driving Experience or CDL School Certificate
- Ability to Meet Safety Standards
Key Responsibilities
As a Roll-Off Driver, you will be responsible for:
- Operating a Variety of Vehicle Types with automatic and standard transmission, collecting solid waste, yard waste, and recyclables on a collection route.
- Completing Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Safety Inspections and reports, daily truck reports, route sheets, and other documentation requested by your supervisor.
- Operating Equipment Safely and following all safety standards, equipment checks, and precautions.
- Maintaining Accurate Records of services performed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
You will need:
- Knowledge of Truck Components and Maintenance Requirements
- Ability to Control Equipment Operations and maneuver the truck in tight spaces.
- Physical Ability to Lift, Push, Pull, or Carry Objects up to 50 pounds repetitively.
