Job Overview

The role requires providing field-based medical/scientific expertise to internal and external stakeholders in oncology.

The colleague will actively shape the medical and cross-functional strategic plans, drive the development and execution of a regional medical plan, and foster peer-to-peer relationships with key healthcare providers and researchers.

The colleague will execute regional medical tactics with scientific excellence, medical professionalism, and business acumen by identifying and managing research, educational, and partnership opportunities with external stakeholders.

Requirements

\

The requirements include a doctoral degree in Health Sciences, experience in medical affairs, clinical, and/or health services research (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry), solid business acumen, strong analytical skills, proven strategic thinking skills, performance-driven entrepreneurship, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective cross-functional team playing.
