We're looking for a seasoned Senior Building Automation Specialist to join our Toronto office and contribute to the development of cutting-edge Building Automation Systems (BAS). In this role, you'll be working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality projects and meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site surveys of existing controls and BAS during the design phase.
- Analyze client sequences of operation and mechanical systems performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement optimized system configurations to enhance efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
- Collaborate with Ecosystem's Construction Manager to develop RFPs for controls contractors and ensure smooth project execution.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or relevant education and/or experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in control systems from leading integrators or manufacturers.
- Proven ability to analyze complex systems, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
