Job Title: Accounting Clerk

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for accounting? Do you have experience in property management and a solid understanding of financial principles? We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team at Associa.

About the Role:

As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of accounting tasks, including financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliations. You will work closely with our property management team to ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
