Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for departmental growth and development, aligning with Accord Pointe Care's overall objectives.
  • Coordinate the work of regional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results-oriented performance.
  • Evaluate organizational performance and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent Accord Pointe Care in external forums, promoting the organization's mission and values.
  • Select and develop talent within the organization, building a high-performing team that drives success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in leadership or management roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and team leadership.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, meeting deadlines and delivering results under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong track record of building effective relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.
Estimated Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment:

This role requires on-site work at our physical location. As a green job, it contributes to environmental preservation, conservation, and restoration.
