  • Measure, cut, and apply insulation materials using a range of tools and techniques.
  • Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials to ensure a safe and efficient insulation system.
  • Supervise and train other team members to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Estimate costs and materials for insulation projects.
  • Operate computer software systems to design and plan insulation projects.
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding and other equipment as required.
  • Remove hazardous insulation materials from buildings.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • This role requires physical stamina, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment with heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential for this position.

Requirements:

  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a 32-hour workweek.
  • English language proficiency.
